Hanover is back in party mode! The Maschseefest 2024 has officially started today and promises an unforgettable time at the Maschsee until 18 August.
The opening was a spectacular highlight: surrounded by the colourful opening parade with colourful stilt walkers, impressive acrobats and rousing music, Lord Mayor Belit Onay and Hans Christian Nolte from Hannover Veranstaltungs GmbH cut the blue ribbon for the Maschseefest 2024. Belit Onay speaks of "19 days of rock 'n' roll", which now await more than two million visitors to the Maschseefest.
A variety of experiences await guests directly on the banks of the Maschsee. With over 200 live acts on several stages, the festival offers a colourful programme for music lovers and culture enthusiasts. There are also numerous culinary highlights: Whether exotic delicacies or traditional treats, the international gastronomic offer leaves nothing to be desired.
The Maschseefest is the perfect place to unwind, meet friends and enjoy the special atmosphere by the lake. With its mix of culinary delights, diverse entertainment and unique backdrop, it is the summer highlight in Hanover.
