Krähenwinkel forest lake

This beautiful spot has been officially recognised as a bathing lake since 1973 and attracts peace-seeking visitors of all ages. With a shallow water zone and a swimming island, the lake is the perfect place to relax and refresh. Swimmers have access to the water from three sides, while a fourth side is sheltered. The familiar atmosphere ensures that you immediately feel at home here. Regulars know their spots inside out and are reluctant to leave!

At Waldsee Krähenwinkel there are toilet facilities, changing rooms, a sunbathing lawn and a sandy beach where you can relax. Designated barbecue areas invite you to enjoy cosy barbecue evenings, and a kiosk provides refreshments for guests.

The DLRG is responsible for safety at the lake and supervises bathing at weekends and in good weather during the week. However, bathing is at your own risk. Dogs are not permitted on the lake during the bathing season, but outside of this time they may be brought on a lead.
