For families and adventurers

There are really many unique leisure and recreational activities around the Blue Lake, so there is something for everyone.

The Blue Lake is ideal for a visit with children. There is a large shallow water zone on the eastern shore of the lake, ideal for splashing around and learning to swim. Right next to it is a sunbathing lawn with shady spots, fine sand for digging and, of course, a playground and the Aqua Park mit 17 verschiedenen Attraktionen wie Kletterberg, Rutschen und Schaukeln. Für Sicherheit sorgen bei Badewetter qualifizierte Aufsichtspersonen und eine Ersthilfestation vom DRK – für Groß und Klein!

Eine Adventure golf course sorgt am Blauen See für Spiel-Spaß für die ganze Familie bzw. den ganzen Verein. Nicht nur bei Kindern, sondern auch bei allen anderen Altersgruppen ist gerade diese Anlage besonders beliebt. Auf 14 unterschiedlichen Bahnen geht der Ball zwischen Findlingen und Baumstämmen hindurch, Wasserläufe werden überwunden und Sandbunker müssen umspielt werden. Auch geübte Golfer sind von der Abenteuer-Golf-Anlage, die übrigens in der Region einzigartig ist, überzeugt.

Funsportler werden von der Water ski cable car be thrilled! Trick skis or wakeboards take you across the water at speeds of up to 30 km/h. Those who are still unsure or want to take their skills to the next level can take part in various courses here.

AZZURRO - The Beach

Much more than a lido restaurant and lakeside terrace. 

After swimming, you can use the sanitary facilities and changing rooms of the AZZURRO - The Beach to freshen up in comfort. Not only do sundowners by the lake taste particularly good here, the varied menu also invites you to round off the day by the lake. As the terrace and pavilion can be booked for public and private events, there's never a dull moment here, especially in summer.

Attention campers and vanlifers

It's worth staying a little longer here! That's why there are also several places to stay overnight at the Blue Lake.

In the middle of the Leineaue nature reserve, there is a family-friendly, modern Campsite. In addition to pitches for your own caravan or camper, there is also some very unusual accommodation on offer here. Discover the charming little village with round houses, log cabins, shepherd's caravans and tiny houses - all fully equipped with their own bathroom. The Tiny Houses can be booked for as little as two nights. From July to August, they can only be rented by the week.
