3 events - 1 location - many highlights at the TKH on 22 June

On Sunday, 22 June, things will come alive in Maschstraße: the Turn-Klubb zu Hannover (TKH) invites you to a special event day. There will be a large flea market for women's and children's clothing, an exciting fitness special and an open day in the modern TKH studio. Three highlights - one goal: exercise, encounters, enthusiasm!

Fitness Special with FLOWBASE

A varied fitness programme awaits you in the gyms directly behind the Theater am Aegi! Under the motto "Pilates meets Workout", movement and well-being are combined with sessions such as:

• Jumping

• Zumba Toning

• Quigon

The special is organised in cooperation with FLOWBASE Hannover. Participation is free of charge, but seat reservations are requested via the TKH app.

 Children's and women's clothing flea market - indoors & outdoors

Fashion enthusiasts can look forward to a stylish flea market:

• Over 90 stands

• Second-hand clothing for women and children

• Indoors in the historic gymnasium & outdoors in the courtyard

There will also be practical items for children - from toys to accessories. The TKH bistro will provide refreshments with homemade waffles and more - in favour of the children's gymnastics department.

Open day at the TKH Studio

Discover the TKH health studio - the doors are open from 9 a.m. for all curious people and fitness fans.

• Free trial training sessions

• Around 600 m² of training space with state-of-the-art equipment (Hammer Strength, LifeFitness)

• Personalised training plans by trained trainers

• Insights into training science, nutrition & health

• Offers such as body analyses, massages, personal training or T-Rena

The studio covers everything from health promotion and rehabilitation to performance-orientated training.
