For many years, the State Garden Shows have been unique destinations in Germany, as they redesign green spaces and allow cities to be experienced in a special way. With the 2026 State Garden Show in Bad Nenndorf creates an environment in which historic spa gardens, water landscapes and modern garden spaces offer visitors a wide range of impressions of the region.

The characteristic Süntel beeches are integrated via a path concept that leads visitors through light forest sections, open meadows and small water zones, thus creating a quiet, natural area within the overall site. Additional green axes and paths in the urban area also improve orientation between the spa gardens, the town centre and adjacent landscape areas, making the open spaces more usable in the long term and enabling travellers to explore different areas of Bad Nenndorf more easily.
