VERTIGO

VERTIGO bring energetic alternative rock to the stage - raw, melancholic and intense. Founded in 2024, the trio from Berlin combines distorted guitars, driving basslines and explosive drums with influences from post-punk, grunge and 90s alternative. In his songs, frontman Tjim Visconti moves between poetic search and emotional loss of control - always close to the abyss, but with full force forwards.

Live, the band impresses with its uncompromising energy and genuine joy of playing. Performances have already taken VERTIGO to legendary clubs such as the Kantine am Berghain, the 8mm Bar and the Druckerei in Hamburg's Gängeviertel, as well as on a tour of south-east Europe between Prague and Sarajevo. There they not only played in clubs, but also spontaneously in front of bikers on an old military lorry. The band has also supported Californian psych-punk icons Meatbodies.

Support comes from LOLA from Braunschweig, whose powerful alternative rock is reminiscent of bands like Placebo, Pearl Jam or The Pretty Reckless. With a raw sound, authentic songwriting and a strong stage presence, the band is currently working on their debut EP.

The evening will be opened by BURN MORE FLAGS: three musicians who condense punk, noise, hardcore and alternative rock into an idiosyncratic, powerful sound - loud, edgy and without pause for breath.
