For the catering services at the Maschsee festivals from 2025 to 2027, 18 to 20 stand operation contracts will be awarded in the form of service concessions in accordance with the Concession Award Ordinance (KonzVgV) at specified rental prices. These contracts have a term of three years and authorise 19 days of operation at the annual Maschsee festivals over the next three years. The tender will be organised in eight lots. Interested companies must first submit an application (request to participate). This application must be submitted using the prescribed forms together with the required attachments and supporting documents.
Companies whose applications fulfil the published suitability criteria will then be invited to submit an offer. A period of at least 30 calendar days will be allowed from the date of the invitation. The offer includes, among other things Proof of the bidder's ability to perform (letter of confirmation from the house bank), references for comprehensive catering services and a presentation of the catering concept (including a model, animation or drawing of the catering stand, food and drink offer).

Application documents can be uploaded on this platform until 09 January 2025, 12:00 noon. Submission by post is permitted. Submission by e-mail or fax is not permitted and will lead to the exclusion of the application. Applications received after 09.01.2025, 12:00 noon will also not be considered.
