Reading festival

Wunstorf Abbey

Two great children's book authors await you at the reading festival and their shows will really make you want to read. Last year, Iris Genenz from Bandenburg wowed the audience with an interactive show about her book „Monster Hunters“, which left no eye dry. This time she will also be reading from her „Willi Winter“ series for children of kindergarten age. The two books „Wie war's heute“ and „Unser Sommer am See“ by Nikola Huppertz from Hanover invite you to daydream.

The colourful supporting programme with painting, children's games and cakes adds to the festival character. All readings and activities are free of charge.

Where: Wunstorf Abbey, Wasserzucht 1, 31515 Wunstorf

When: 18.04.2026, 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm
