After more than three decades of band history, more than a thousand concerts and countless nights on the tour bus, the quartet is going on one last big tour – with everything that goes with it: a big stage, a brand-new show and brilliant musicians. Tickets will be available from 12 November 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at www.eventim.de and from 10:00 a.m. on 14 November 2025 at all known advance booking offices and at www.semmel.de.
36 years of hip-hop history: an era comes to an end
This tour is a chapter that brings together everything that has been – a review of over 36 years between nightliners, spotlights and choruses that have shaped entire generations. It is the story of a band that has written German music history, co-founded an entire genre, and significantly influenced it with their label Four Music, founded in the mid-90s, and the associated booking agency Four Artists.
Die Fantastischen Vier Today, they are still the same four pioneers who helped hip hop break through in Germany. In 1991, they released „Jetzt Geht's Ab“, the first German-language hip hop album, before achieving a historic coup the following year with „Die da!?!?“ They were the first German-language rap group to make it into the top ten of the charts and be played repeatedly on the radio.
Smudo, Thomas D, Michi Beck and And.Ypsilon proved that German-language rap can be authentic, intelligent, humorous and appealing to the masses. As one of the few bands from Germany, they managed to release albums over four decades that each reached the top of the charts – further proof of their relevance and creativity. With hits such as „MFG“, „Troy“, „Sie ist weg“, „Tag am Meer“ and „Zusammen“, they created the soundtrack for several generations and fill arenas, stadiums and open-air venues.
