The KunstFestSpiele Herrenhausen 2024 will present a diverse programme with 28 productions and around 600 participating artists and choral singers at 11 venues in Hanover.
Around the Herrenhausen Gardens and in the city, Hannover's major international festival offers a diverse programme of concerts, dance and theatre, circus, performances and installations: On the Masque Pond at the New Town Hall swims with Floating Earth a giant, glowing globe during the entire festival. Concert highlights include "The Köln Concert" by Trajal Harrell, Leonard Bernstein's "MASS" and "MOTHERS A SONG FOR WARTIME" by Marta Górnicka. In Lia Rodrigues' Encantado enchanted creatures come together for a breathtaking choreography. And with Rhapsody in Yellow: A Ping Pong Piano Battle Ming Wong brings a virtuoso piano duel to the stage.
The KunstFestSpiele Day on Whit Monday, 20 May, is aimed at families and all curious people who want to experience the diversity of the festival in one day at low prices.
