With a stock of almost two million books, magazines and digital media, the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Library - State Library of Lower Saxony is one of the largest regional libraries in Germany.
Even then, Leibniz collected works in the sense of a universal library, as he was interested in and at home in all fields of knowledge.
Today, around 1.6 media units can be found in the library, mainly books. In addition to a bust, exhibited writings and other objects by Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz can also be admired here.
