The Indoor swimming pool - Kultur am Schachtweg is a cultural centre in Wolfsburg, which is located in a former indoor swimming pool.
The Hallenbad - Kultur am Schachtweg in Wolfsburg is one of the most distinctive cultural centres in northern Germany. Since its opening in 2007, it has offered a diverse programme of music, theatre, film and art.
Originally opened in 1963 as a municipal indoor swimming pool, the building was closed in 2002 and reopened as a cultural centre in 2007 after extensive refurbishment. The remodelling was carried out by the architectural firm Neumann-Berking & Bendorf. Today, the former swimming pool serves as an event centre with original tiles and diving boards.

By train: Wolfsburg main station is about 10 minutes' walk away.
By car: Parking is available directly at the indoor pool and in a public car park next to the Penny supermarket (free of charge from 6 pm).
Accessibility: Barrier-free access is available; disabled parking spaces are accessible via the Kantallee access road.
