With KAZUMI Sushi Manufaktur, Alan and Kai are realising a shared dream of opening their own modern sushi restaurant in Hanover.
Since opening in 2017, the mission here has been to make guests happy with tasty, high-quality sushi at fair prices and friendly service. As the owners, they are there for you every day: Kai is the sushi master and head chef for sushi and Alan is the operations manager for service and the office.
