SUP stands for "Stand Up Paddling". SUP has developed into an alternative for surfers on days when there are few waves, but is now also practised on lakes and rivers.
SUPing is suitable for anyone who enjoys being in the water and can swim safely and is really easy to learn. It's a great full-body workout that trains your arms, legs and core at the same time, as well as improving your balance.
In nature, you can leave the stress of everyday life behind you. What's more, it's fascinating to move around standing on the water.

SUP board hire is open from 2 pm during the week and from 12 pm at weekends. You don't need to book in advance. The SUP courses can be booked here can be booked.
The course lasts 1.5 hours. A wetsuit, if required, can be hired. A life jacket is available free of charge if required.
After a briefing on the basics, it's time to hit the water. An experienced trainer will be on the lake with you and give you tips on how to master the SUP board.
Please register at the water ski lift shop 20 minutes before the start time.
Changing rooms are available, please do not forget your bathing and showering gear. Participants must of course be able to swim in order to take part in the course.
