Beach life

In the beach club on the banks of the Ihme and Leine, comfortable deckchairs await all those who want to relax and let the day pass in the sand. Also during the day, the bar on the Ihme remains very much, especially young families from Linden and the Nordstadt come together here. In 2005, an artificial beach was created on the so-called Ferryman's Island. This also offers children the opportunity to play undisturbed in the sand while the adults enjoy a cold drink in a deck chair or go swimming in the cool waters of the Ihme and Leine. Thirst or hunger can be quenched at the self-service counter.
