Sunday belongs to the beat: on 31 August 2025, Electric Sunday celebrates its premiere in Hanover's Stadtpark - and brings fresh electronic vibes directly into nature. The new open-air format combines an international club atmosphere with relaxed Sunday lightness, making it a very special highlight for all friends of electronic music.

Music meets nature

With a carefully curated line-up between Afrohouse, House and Deep House, Electric Sunday focuses on musical depth and stylish sounds. The artists performing will be announced soon - but one thing is already certain: This is where renowned stars of the scene meet a conscious, dance-loving audience and provide an electrifying experience in the open air.

End the summer in style

Between trees and beats, a green festival oasis is created in the city park - perfect for dancing, chilling out and socialising. Electric Sunday stands for aesthetic design, relaxed community vibes and moving electronic music.

Whether you've been part of the scene for a long time or have just discovered your love of electronic music, this new format is the ideal way to end the summer - stylish, full of sound and energy.

The following artists await you:

Âme (live)

Âme - that's Kristian Beyer and Frank Wiedemann, co-founders of the influential label Innervisions. As a duo, they have significantly shaped the sound of the international electronic scene - somewhere between melodic techno, emotional deep house and avant-garde sound design.
In their acclaimed live performance, analogue synths, sophisticated harmonies and pulsating rhythms merge into a hypnotic flow that appeals to both the heart and the body. Anyone who experiences Âme live will sense that this is not a conventional DJ set, but a sonic journey full of intensity and artistic depth.

With performances on the world's biggest stages - from Burning Man to Sonar and Berghain - Âme is one of the style-defining acts in electronic music.

Reznik

As part of the Berlin label and collective Keinemusik, Reznik stands for a casual, playful sound between house, disco, breaks and Balearic vibes. His DJ sets are carefully composed stories full of groove, soul and subtle dynamics - never predictable, always danceable.

In addition to solo projects, he can regularly be heard in exciting B2B constellations, including with Keinemusik colleagues such as Adam Port or &ME. His deep musicality and keen sense for moods make him a favourite on sophisticated dancefloors worldwide - from Ibiza to Tel Aviv, from Berlin to Cape Town.

Reznik brings to the premiere of Electric Sunday exactly the mixture of elegance, warmth and ecstasy for which Keinemusik is so celebrated.

Shimza

South African superstar Shimza has taken the electronic music scene by storm with his unique Afrohouse sound and powerful rhythms. His sets are a perfect blend of technical precision and emotional depth that can be felt physically.

He tours worldwide at renowned festivals and clubs such as Tomorrowland (Belgium), Cercle Events (various venues), Ultra Music Festival (Miami) and Berghain (Berlin). A particular highlight is his musical collaboration with the globally acclaimed Black Coffee, with whom he takes African electronic music to a new level.

Shimza is not only a musician, but also a cultural driving force with his label Kunye and the platform "One Man Show", which promotes local talent and makes Africa's electronic scene internationally visible.

Sanfandisco

Jörg Gumnior, better known as Sanfandisko, has been a true veteran of the Hanoverian house scene since 1998. Co-founder of the legendary cult party Uschi Rakete, he has been shaping the club culture of his home city for decades.

He has been a resident at influential clubs such as Weidendamm, one of the most important venues for electronic music in Hanover. Sanfandisko is also a permanent fixture at renowned event series such as This Ain't Bristol, Uschi Rakete, Der Sonne entgegen, Disco Fieber and the Roter Salon.

His musical focus is uncompromisingly on house music - and has been doing so with passion and expertise for over 25 years. As local support at Electric Sunday, he brings deep-rooted passion, experience and an unmistakable sound that guarantees the perfect start to an unforgettable day.
