Between 24.11.25 and 30.12.25, the Gemeinschaft für Wirtschaftsförderung e. V. transforms the Marktstraße around the Sparkasse into a cosy Christmas market, as it does every year. Christmas music, culinary specialities and a children's carousel for younger visitors round off the winter magic under the impressive Christmas lights.

The Neustadt kindergartens decorate the Christmas trees with home-made decorations. Various concerts take place on the stage - there's something for everyone! The market is open Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 8 pm and on Sundays from 2 pm to 7 pm, Christmas Eve 11 am - 2 pm, closed on public holidays.
