This short, permanent tour takes you to all the places in Hanover where Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz lived and worked and which still commemorate him today. Those interested in culture can follow in the footsteps of the polymath along 10 stops on the tour and 5 further stops on the Extra Tour.<\/p>

Leibniz was a polymath in the truest sense of the word, as he was involved in philosophy, mathematics, law, history and politics in his time. Even today, he is still known for his calculating machine and the description of the binary system with zero and one, which is the basis of modern computer technology.<\/p>
