The varied landscape can be enjoyed actively and relaxed on well-maintained paths - whether on foot or by bike.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"889\">A special highlight is a visit to the island of Wilhelmstein. The impressive Baroque fortress was once planned by Wilhelm Graf zu Schaumburg-Lippe as an impregnable retreat.
