With KAZUMI Sushi Manufaktur, Alan and Kai are realising a shared dream of opening their own modern sushi restaurant in Hanover.

Since opening in 2017, the mission here has been to make guests happy with tasty, high-quality sushi at fair prices and friendly service. As owners, they are ready for you every day: Kai is the sushi master and chef in charge of sushi and Alan is the operations manager in charge of service and the office.

Today, the two are proud that KAZUMI Sushi Manufaktur is recognised as one of the best sushi locations in the region.

Come along, immerse yourself in the relaxed atmosphere of the Sushi Manufaktur and enjoy the traditional art of sushi preparation in the open kitchen right before your eyes. We look forward to seeing you!
