Birne & Beere is a young ice cream maker from Calenberger Neustadt. Here, ice cream production is turned back into a real craft and everything that goes into the ice cream is made in-house: the crumbles and biscuits are baked in-house, all sauces are cooked in-house and each flavour is individually formulated - simply delicious! What's more, Birne & Beere does not use any products from the big ice cream manufacturers.
