Elizabeth Rae Kovar is a fitness trainer, author, presenter, yogini, vegan & lover of the world. She was born to travel. She has studied in Australia and India and travelled to Thailand and Hong Kong to explore the countryside. In October 2014, Elizabeth moved to Hanover with her husband. In January 2016, they will move to Seattle for the time being.
